How available do I need to be on the day?

You don't need to be available continuously. The Telegram format is designed to be flexible — most clients settle into checking in every hour or so, messaging when they have a moment and letting the conversation build naturally across the day. You're not expected to be glued to your phone.

What if I'm in a different time zone?

Carrie works with clients across Australia, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. When you book, you choose a start time that works for your time zone, and the six-hour window runs from there.

Can I book VIP Days regularly?

Yes. Some clients book every few months as their business develops and new questions arise. There's no obligation to — but the option is there.

What if I need to reschedule?

Life happens. Please give at least 48 hours' notice where possible, and Carrie will do her best to find an alternative date that works for both of you.

Do I need to pay for Telegram?

No. Telegram is free to download and use on iOS, Android and desktop. If you don't already have it, it only takes a minute to set up before your day.

What if I'm not sure what to focus on?

That's exactly what the pre-day questionnaire is for. It helps Carrie understand where you are and what matters most, so even if you arrive with a loose sense of what you need, the day has shape and direction from the start.
